If you subscribed to service prior to February 20th, 2008 and have not yet been migrated to our new hosting platform (you would have been notified if you have; we have begun scheduling migrations, but they will take a large part of 2008 to complete), please access your legacy cPanel/Modernbill Helpdesk for all of your billing and support needs. If you subscribed to service on or after February 20th, 2008, you are already a customer of our new advanced Parallels-based platform and should access your Customer Portal for all of your billing and support needs.
